The Dalai Lama and Garchen Rinpoche

The Dalai Lama gave HE Garchen Rinpoche the White Tara empowerment in India earlier this month. Many yogis are gathered there now to celebrate the 800th Parinirvana of Lord Jigten Sumgon. We joined
