WHAT DOES MATTER
The truth isn’t always easy to deal with. Sometimes, it isn’t even true. Does that sound ridiculous? Take another look around. Contradictions within definitions have become a matter of public normalcy. I guess if we don’t allow them to become a matter of our own personal normalcy as well, we may be alright in the long run.

What Does Matter
It doesn’t matter if your skin is black, brown, red, yellow, white, or if you are from Europe, Asia, Africa, or North America. It doesn’t matter if you are awkward, agile, thin, fat, blond, brunette, redhead, short, or tall. Our definition of “attractive” was built from a series of commercially inspired images invented by fashion, fabric, and cosmetic companies. These images were not designed to help you become more attractive. They were designed to coerce you into buying things you don’t need.
It doesn’t matter if you’re on the first page of a book or the last. Nor does it matter if you like pop, jazz, country, rock and roll, or classical music—or whether you watch soap operas, dramas, sit-coms, reality shows, or news on TV. The shill media industry only presents you with what their owners want you to see and hear. Most of us pay dearly with both money and brain cells for limited, biased, dumbed-down content while enjoying the delusion that we choose from the best of all possibilities. Bullshit Programyou Package A and Bullshit Programyou Package B are your actual options. They are both composed of hypnotic content designed to either shock or lull you into compliance.
It doesn’t matter if you are a lion, rabbit, human, elephant, giraffe, bird, fish, or gecko lizard. One of your overlords, or cellmates, or your Father Time is going to eat you. The best you can hope for is that you aren’t caged, sedated, and featured on an infomercial, nature, or news channel first.
It doesn’t matter if you and your kinky friends (as stated by Mr. Carlin) “like to dress up in leather boy scout uniforms while you hit each other over the head with ball peen hammers and take turns blowing the cat. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s a victimless hobby—and think of how good it makes the cat feel!”
It makes absolutely no difference whatsoever which brand of cigarettes you smoke, what side of a war you are on, whether your toxic waste is chemical or nuclear, or whether a scorpion or cobra bites you. You are going to end up suffering too long, dead too soon, or both.
It makes very little difference which kind of unnatural drug you do. Whether you buy it from a street corner dealer or a pharmacy, you’re still going to enjoy a short high and then have to choose between hung over, dead, numb, addicted, or stupid. It also does not matter if you spend enough money to feed a small nation on your cocaine habit. It will matter even less if you land on your feet and ass at the same time while coming out of rehab a “cured,” self-satisfied, self-righteous, self-indulgent pain in the ass of a person who never again does anything more constructive or less conservative than staying on the program.
It doesn’t matter one bit whether people believe you, like you, lie about you, love you, leave you, bait you, hate you, or rate you according to standards that are only badly pieced together fragments of their own historically inherited, socially dictated hallucinations. If you can be affected by other peoples’ opinions of you, maybe you lack the mental strength, confidence, and psychic structural integrity to properly defend yourself.
So do I. We have a lot of company. Most of humanity shares many of the same vulnerabilities. This is not altogether our fault. We have been trained since birth to eat the dusty dung being sold to us.
After the poison is added,it doesn’t matter whether you eat health food or cake.
Do you know what does matter?
Temporarily
It seems we believe what we want to believe—making truth something we then need to retrieve. In seeking perfect love, a perfect life, and perfect partners we manufacture artificial gods and goddesses out of frail, flawed human beings and circumstances beyond our control. Like a drug addled casting agent for a TV soap opera, we employ subjective imagination and desire to make believe they are objective reality,
Temporarily.
Awakening from the liquid dream into the concrete nightmare we find there is no way to awaken from life. Addictive tendencies have attached us to manufactured circumstance. By grasping, we’ve lost our grip.
Living to discover life’s solution becomes dying to release logic’s prostitution as we face the facts just long enough to suffer dissolution of our beautiful but vanishing delusion. We must then muster the strength to make the firmest resolution to discover a solution to intuitive pollution that fed our grand illusion and had us thinking we were truly free,
Temporarily.
The Truth Can Wait
I would ask “God” to give everyone that hasn’t enjoyed their life a different, happier life—but I don’t think he could pull it off. God obviously isn’t too bright. God thinks heaven and hell are in different places.
Many humans aren’t as bright as they could be either. A lot of that has to do with being scared of truth.
Humans too often allow superficial impressions to carry great weight. “What it looks like” is deemed more important than “what it is.” Reality is too often beaten into the back seat by tainted perception, inherited opinion, and a lazy convenience.
The truth can wait.
This applies all over the world of course, whether you are the employee or the boss.
There are many who know that you will be more impressed by the wool that has been pulled over your eyes than by what you would see without it.
Don’t doubt it. The truth can wait.
We believe what we want to believe as if it were possible to self-deceive. Like prisoners sedated by dreams of being free we glimpse only shadows of The Love we cannot fully see, remaining blind to the vast greatness we could be
as we make believe that the truth can wait.
